STAFFING SERVICES

Contract and Temporary Resources – Clients with excess, or special, workloads can engage SDN Resources to provide talent solutions on an as-needed or contingent basis.
Contract-to-Hire – Clients can assess a candidate by engaging him or her as a contract employee through SDN Resources. If the candidate is fully satisfactory after a 90 day period they can be offered a direct position within the client’s organization.
Direct Hire – We will guarantee our placements and never charge a fee to the employee.
Leased Employees – Customers can transfer employees  with proven skills to SDN Resources, and we can employee them as dedicated contract employees assigned to that customer and at a reduced cost.

Corporate Recruiting (Direct Hire) – SDN Resources provides dedicated, responsive recruiting teams that source qualified candidates for your direct hire requirements at competitive market rates.
Independent Contractor Compliance – We understand the challenges our customers face when attempting to manage Independent Contractors in accordance with IRS and State regulations. We can provide Independent Contractor Administrative Services to assist customers with comprehensive risk and liability analysis.
Outsourced Accounting Staffing – In an effort to reallocate company resources, customers may wish to outsource selected financial functions to SDN Resources. We can administer these functions completely, from hiring of employees to providing management reporting.
