Audit Manager

Minimum B.A. / B.S. Accounting

Potential candidates should be a team player who has good management, communication, and computer skills.  Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.   Manager must be well organized, customer focused and able to juggle multiple engagements.

Job Description
Work with small to medium size organizations, have hands-on client experience and interact directly with leadership and business owners.  Audit manager will be assigned to engagements, and manage assigned staff according to audit schedule.  Manager provides quality CPA services to the Firm's clients by performing the duties and responsibilities listed below in an efficient and effective manner.

*  Develops relationships with client employees.
*  Know, administer with and adheres to the Firm's policies and procedures.
*  Reviews, tests & drafts financial statements under prescribed format.
*  Manage and prepares portions of compilation, review of audit engagements.
*  Manager must have working knowledge of all microcomputer applications, which are routinely used.
* Is knowledgeable about accounting pronouncements and demonstrates a basic income tax  understanding.
*  Must hold Florida CPA designation or equivalent.

Managers attend various Continuing Professional Education classes throughout the year to keep abreast of the latest accounting trends. Also, Manager will have the opportunity to work and direct a team on diverse client engagements to include manufacturing, not-for-profit, contracts, healthcare, construction, and financial institution
